As a project manager in production development, you will work with our clients to support, develop, and streamline production processes. For example, you can help clients adapt existing production to new products, create new production lines, develop methods and standardize work, lead improvements in production, quality, implement Lean production, industrialize products, or work with automation. You may also work with machine investments, simulation, line balancing, layout optimization, methods, and preparation. In your work, you adapt to the current conditions of the client, using new and proven methods for systematic problem-solving and improvement work. You deliver either individually or as part of a larger team. You will gradually implement changes with the client's involvement and ultimately take over when you conclude the assignment.

We wish that you:

· have relevant education, have experience from a similar role in the industry, and have worked with production development/technology in the production environment for a minimum of 5 years.

· have experience in technical project management/project work.

· have the ability to engage people in different roles at various levels in the organization.

Competence and experience in 5S, OEE, SMED, AVIX, simulation (Visual Components), ergonomics, DFx, AutoCAD (2D/3D), CAM preparation, 3D Scanning, and FMEA are meritorious. You also need to handle Swedish and English fluently in both spoken and written form.

You share our belief that we become stronger together. The ability to collaborate, create engagement, and build trust with people is a must in this role. Positively and enthusiastically engaging the production team and the various support functions in the factory is as important as the company's top management.

You are used to handling different types of people and driving delivery while ensuring that the results support the client's overall goals. One minute you are involved in discussions on the production floor, and the next you are presenting proposals or results to the company's management.
